Annual planned maintenance on your system is the key to ensuring maximum efficiency and life. At Dittmer Air and Heat, we offer a 21-point inspection and maintenance plan to our customers.
We feel that it is imperative to have your system inspected and cleaned by a professional at least once per year, two is even better. Often times small problems are identified then can be repaired before they become costly and unexpected for the home owner. For maximum peace of mind, we are proud to offer our loyal customers to join our annual Energy Saving Club (ESC). For a small annual enrollment fee, our ESC’s include two planned maintenance per year, NO service call charges for the year, 10% off of labor on service repairs, never an overtime or holiday rate charge, and guaranteed priority service over non ESC members.
