COO
Jessica started working with Dittmer Air and Heat in 2010 shortly after opening. She now oversees the business operations while ensuring efficiency so that every customer experience at Dittmer Air and Heat is nothing less than 100% satisfaction. She enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and children.
Jess
Service Administration & Dispatcher
Jess joined the Dittmer Air and Heat team in 2022 as front of the house operation. She dispatches and monitors our service technicians daily while maintaining the operation of our service team to help ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Laura
Sales Administration, Permit coordinator & Dispatcher
Laura joined the Dittmer Air and Heat team in 2023 to assist in maintaining organized operations within our sales department including permitting projects and quality control. She also assists in dispatching our service and sales team members.
Cassidy
Accounting
Cassidy joined our Dittmer Air and Heat team in 2022 and since has assisted in the day-to-day transactions and processes within the accounting department.
Bryan
Service Manager: Nate & EPA Certified
Bryan was born in Delaware and moved to Florida to pursue his career in the HVAC field. Bryan is a NATE and EPA certified technician who has been in the HVAC trade since 2000 and with Dittmer Air and Heat since 2014. Bryan demonstrates his knowledgeable skills and professionalism on every job he tackles. When he is not working hard in the field, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.
SERVICE TECHNICIANS
Mike
Service Technician: EPA Certified
Mike joined the Dittmer Air and Heat team in July of 2017. Being in the HVAC industry for over 15 years, Mike utilizes his knowledgeable skills in the service as well as the installation field.
Dan
Service Technician: EPA Certified
Dan started out at HVAC school with one of the owners here, Joey Dittmer. He then gained experience in the filed for 5 years when he came to join our service team here at Dittmer Air and Heat. He brings great technical skills to our team. When Dan is not working hard, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Josh
Service Technician: EPA Certified
Josh has been working in the HVAC field since 2015 and came to join the Dittmer Air and Heat team in 2020. Josh is a hardworking and determined asset to the service team. When he was younger, he enjoyed traveling back to Maine to work on his family farm.
Johnny
Service Technician: EPA Certified
Johnny has been in the HVAC industry for most of his career allowing him to acquire an extensive set of skills. He applies his professional skill level maintaining and servicing all of the HVAC equipment on-site at the Melbourne Airport Location. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family.
Steve
Service Technician: EPA Certified
Steve started learning HVAC while he was still a kid himself. Gaining as much knowledge in the field as he could he owned his own business for 10 years in Pennsylvania until he moved to Florida, where he found his new home with the Dittmer team. We couldn’t be more pleased to have him. He enjoys going to Disney with his family as well as four wheeling.

Pat
Senior Comfort Advisor
Pat joined the Dittmer Team in 2022 and since has used his skills in our sales department helping our customers to cool their home. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife.
INSTALLERS
Lead Installer: Nate and EPA Certified
Justin was born and raised in Florida. Although he has been a friend to the Dittmer Air and Heat family for many years, 2012 is when he joined the team and started to learn the trade. Owner Joey Dittmer Air and Heat, worked with Justin and personally trained him in the field. With his NATE & EPA certificates and hands on experience, Justin applies his hard work, professionalism, and pride in every installation he does. While not working, Justin enjoys fishing, air boating and hunting.
